The check-in was smooth, we greatly enjoyed night bar. It was nice to get ironing free of charge too. The property was in the center of the city.

I recently stayed at Dům U pikové desítky in Brno for a few nights. The location was excellent, with a smart lock-system that made me feel safe. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The tea kettle in the room was a nice touch, and having access to the bar/restaurant was convenient. The staff were all helpful and spoke good English.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Units with excellent large new bed. Also, location was good and incredible, at a short distance from Spilberk Castle. We liked the calm area around the hotel.

The hotel was located short walk to the very centre of Brno. The room was well-appointed and newly remodelled, the bathroom was spacious. The position of the venue was particularly good and amazing, to a cafe two blocks away. Before bed I went to Vycep na stojaka for a nightcap, it's extremely close to the hotel...

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The automated check-in system made everything so convenient, and I appreciated that the host was available via SMS or call if I needed them. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and amenities. I had a fantastic stay.

Great Location and Spacious Room

Had a fantastic stay in the city center! The location couldn't be better – walking distance to all the major attractions and loads of bars and restaurants around. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, I loved the fact that there was an iron with board in the room and a large TV screen for entertainment.

There were two drawbacks to my stay. First, the parking situation was a bit of an issue.

We had a lovely Easter weekend in this centrally located accommodation that was new, clean, and stylishly decorated. The pin-code doors made arrival easy, and the hot water pot with tea and coffee was perfect for lazy mornings spent enjoying the comfortable, quiet location. With a nearby café offering breakfast and the city centre only a short walk away, the hotel made it easy to explore the Easter markets and all the delicious food they had to offer.

The room was small which made it feel crowded for two people, and the fact that there was no airconditioning made it slightly uncomfortable during the Easter weekend heat. the lack of a reception made it difficult to solve issues such as the non-functional wireless internet that we reported multiple times during our stay.

The hotel's location is excellent if you want to be centrally located with easy access to restaurants and cultural events. The studio apartment was decently sized and had good amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a refrigerator with a good working fan. Jan, the manager, was helpful and responsive.

The lack of cleanliness was a real negative. The bedsheets had a faint cigarette smell and the plates were placed in a dangerous way.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and tea and coffee provided, a nice touch.

Recommended to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
